I remember my mom observing and commenting on my love for creating lists. Grocery lists, wish lists, to-do lists, homework lists, boy-lists (hush)... It's true. I have a penchant for lists. There's something soothing about ordering the chaos in your head. Anyway, the point of this post is that I want to conduct a vote! Once a week, a post will be dedicated to a RAD LIST. This RAD LIST will consist of finds I've come across online that I love or that I think my readers will love. I've seen quite a few bloggers do this and I appreciate what they post! The voting poll will be in my sidebar. Tell me what you want me to seek out and next week I'll compile my RAD LIST with your choices!

Don't be shy to comment either if there's something that isn't listed in the poll.

Another fave that I want to share

Seems to be the week for posting, eh? Tonight I'd like to share a favorite blog that I frequent: Shorpy I think my grandma's sure to get a kick out of this image feast! It's a photoblog of old-time images; black & white as well as a few very stunning color ones. I love admiring the details hidden within the image that give you a taste of realism and fantasy. Just plain fun to browse through.

Here's my fave so far: It's called Lady in the Water Pretty clever!
Another fave: I forgot it's title I don't see ONE amused child in this picture. Do you? :D

I love the short films Pixar produces before each of their films. Presto is no exception! It's freakin' hilarious! I laughed so hard that I had tears in my eyes!

Check it out!

It's got to be one of their best yet...

Window Shopping

Hey! Just a little post to confess my addiction to etsy. I love window shopping on etsy! I haven't actually purchased anything but I love the creativity that flows when I'm browsing talented shops.

Here's a link to my favorite items and sellers: Etsy Faves

You'll probably notice that I'm a big fan of purses. And art.

I don't know if this happens to everyone that gets sucked into the etsy world, but I always come away with an itch to create something!!

Also, I just noticed I've been on etsy for over a year now with no purchases made. I've GOT to remedy that soon.

Just because everyone else is doing it...doesn't mean you have to do it too

Seriously! I saw this article Newsweek online The Case Against Crocs and I'm relieved to know I'm not the only one sick of these.
Here's a website utterly devoted to the bashing of crocs... (only because it was listed in the article)

And of course, I LOL'd when I read this:
"I like to play a game with my son, Joseph. We sit on a bench in touristy Old Town, Alexandria, Va., and we're not allowed to get up until we see a dozen pairs of Crocs. It usually doesn't take long. But the other day we were stuck at eight after a few minutes, and I was getting a little concerned. Just then my boy leaned over and said, "Don't worry, Dad. A family of dorks will come along any minute." To paraphrase Hank Hill, if he wasn't my son, I would have hugged him right then, I was so proud."

I think I rest my case.
