It is definitely my intention to seek an outlet for my stress. How do you go from one stressful day and wake up the next day with a smile?
I've got a few ideas of my own that I'd like to try.
~ Drawing or Drawing classes
~ Yoga
~ Running
But I'm curious, what does everyone else do when the going gets tough? What eases you back to a state of bliss?

Well I dunno about bliss, but for me the equilibrium reset is usually:
music + long walk
followed by a creative and/or analytical activity (poetry, free association, or just reading)
Tai chi class was also a good quasi-metaphysical, meditative, and often physically exerting exercise... sort of a combination of the above elements without the music.
You got a good list going there! Really, anything that gets your mind off the stress works (running helps), but when I get down due to stress, I usually have to push myself away from the world for a little bit. I turn off my phone and take some time off from everybody. I usually get away from the house and try to relax. I don't have to worry about talking with people, pleasing anybody, ect. It's nice. I even drove to Portland once, visted Powells, and came back. I played all my favorite cds, sang all the way down, and it was good.
But de-stressing is a hard thing. I hope everything goes better :)
